What we do

We source fruit and vegetables from foreign growers and trading houses. The size of the supplier base allows us to supply retail chains and wholesalers continuously and in large volumes.

How the work proceeds.
The trade in fresh produce consists of four consecutive stages. They are summarised below; a more detailed description is available on the Operations page.
Sourcing
Purchasing begins with recording the buyer's requirement: what produce, in what quantity and at what pace. The source is selected to match this requirement.
Goods intake
Produce is graded lot by lot on receipt. Anything that does not meet the agreed quality is not forwarded to the buyer.
Logistics
Transport is organised over the shortest possible route with the fewest transfers, because the shelf life of fresh produce is determined by time and handling together.
Fulfilment
An agreement records three elements: quantity, quality and time of delivery. Performance is accompanied by accurate, traceable documentation.
