This website collects no data about its visitors and uses no cookies or tracking. Below we set out transparently what happens when you contact us or load the map.

2. Scope of this policy
This policy applies to visitors of the website available at to fill in: the website domain and to persons who contact the company through the contact details published on the website. Personal data is processed in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Hungarian Act CXII of 2011 on informational self-determination and freedom of information.
3. How the website works – cookies and tracking
The website is informational. It contains no forms, registration, newsletter sign-up or login, and it does not collect data about visitors.
The website sets no cookies on the visitor's device, uses no analytics or advertising services and no social-media plug-ins, and serves its fonts from its own server – therefore no cookie consent is requested.
4. Server logs
The hosting provider serving the website (to fill in: the hosting provider's name and address) may record the usual technical log data to keep the server secure: IP address, time of the request, requested URL, browser and operating system type.
The purpose is the secure operation of the service and the detection of abuse; the legal basis is the legitimate interest of the company and the hosting provider (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR). The logs are retained by the hosting provider for the period set out in its own policy; the company does not routinely access this data.
5. Map and directions
On the Contact page the map does not load automatically: it appears only when the visitor clicks the "Show map" button. At that moment the browser connects to Google's service (Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland), and Google may process the visitor's data (for example IP address, device and browser data, cookies) under its own terms. The legal basis is the visitor's consent given by pressing the button (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR); no consent is created unless the button is pressed.
The directions links (Google Maps, Apple Maps, Waze) open an external application or website; their data processing is governed by the respective provider's policy. Google's privacy policy: policies.google.com/privacy.
6. Contacting us by e-mail or phone
If a visitor contacts us by e-mail or phone, we process the data provided in order to answer the enquiry: name, e-mail address, phone number, details of the represented company and the content of the message.
The purpose is to answer the enquiry, to prepare an offer and to establish a business relationship. The legal basis is taking steps prior to entering into a contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR) and the company's legitimate interest in business correspondence (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Enquiry data is retained until the matter is closed. If a contract is concluded, contract- and invoicing-related data is retained for eight years under Section 169 of Hungarian Act C of 2000 on Accounting.
For e-mail the company uses Google's Gmail service; in this respect Google Ireland Limited acts as a processor. The company does not disclose personal data to other recipients unless required to do so by law.
7. Transfers to third countries
When Google's services are used, data may also be transferred outside the European Economic Area. Such transfers rely on the safeguards of Chapter V GDPR – in particular an adequacy decision of the European Commission or standard contractual clauses – in accordance with Google's applicable terms.
8. Rights of data subjects
Data subjects may request access to their personal data, its rectification, erasure or the restriction of processing, may object to processing, and may exercise the right to data portability. Where processing is based on consent, the consent may be withdrawn at any time; withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before it.
Requests may be sent to the e-mail or postal address above. The company responds without undue delay and in any event within one month of receipt.
9. Remedies
If a data subject considers that the processing of their personal data infringes the law, they may lodge a complaint with the Hungarian National Authority for Data Protection and Freedom of Information (Nemzeti Adatvédelmi és Információszabadság Hatóság; 1055 Budapest, Falk Miksa utca 9–11., Hungary; postal address: 1363 Budapest, Pf. 9.; phone: +36 1 391 1400; e-mail: ugyfelszolgalat@naih.hu; website: naih.hu) or bring an action before a court. At the data subject's choice, the action may also be brought before the regional court of their place of residence.
